The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Flexible Grinding Wheel is designed to help you grind, shape and sand as fast as possible on a variety of metal materials. 3M uses Precision Shaped Grain that cuts fast and cool, while still offering enhanced flexibility. This can help you achieve a smoother finish with an exceptionally fast-cutting and long-lasting wheel.
The Gold Standard of grinding performance & productivity Designed to keep on going — long after other abrasives have called it quits. Get ready to take your productivity to the next level! Now you can grind more parts per hour — with fewer wheel changes and less pressure on the workpiece — with new 3M™ Cubitron™ II Flexible Grinding Wheels. Cubitron II Flexible Grinding Wheels provide a faster cut and less than half the wear of our next-best flexible grinding wheel. They meet or exceed AS and EN manufacturing & safety requirements. When you add it all up, Cubitron II Flexible Grinding Wheels represent an outstanding value that can save you time and money!
The 3M ™ Cubitron™ II Flexible Grinding Wheel has all of the unique benefits that operators appreciate about our Cubitron™ II abrasives, including fast cut rate, long service life, and less heat stress. These are all due to the 3M™ Precision Shaped Grain (PSG) found on this wheel. PSG combines the advanced material properties of Cubitron™ II grain with the precise micro-replicated structures pioneered in 3M™ Trizact™ Abrasives. As these shaped structures wear, they continuously fracture to form sharp points and edges that slice through the substrate. The result is a wheel that cuts fast and lasts longer conventional crushed grain.
